Such a simple yet complex game. You can make it as challanging as you want and the game play posibilities seem endless. Very fun to play even though its an old game and graphics seem like they are from stone age. Minor cons: - Rresolution option does not exist but its still very playable with no major bugs- Micro-management gets very tedious mid to late game in my opinion. The icon for multiplayer features two corporate suits leaning smugly on their Porsches, arms crossed passive aggressively as they stare at each other. You can almost imagine them discussing their annual salaries while trying to one-up each other's company car.With a sigh I started my first campaign. Went bust. Started again. Went bust. Started again. With the lessons I'd learned, I watched my profit twitch into the green for the first time. But Brad Breca, the CEO of my main competitor, was still crowding me out of the farm and dairy market.Suddenly it was 3 am, and my eyes were bloodshot as I stared at arrays of piecharts and expenses statements, now fluent in their meaning. My massive empire manufactured and sold everything from TVs and microwaves to frozen beef. Annual profits were sat at a cool $300,000,000. I chuckled with sadistic glee as I forcibly bought out Brad Breca's last shares in his company, absorbing it into my humongous conglomerate. That's right Brad, TASTE CAPITALISM. This is a fantastic management game that stands the test of time. I never heard of it when it originally came out, and playing it now, while the graphics are dated, the gameplay is really pinnacle of the genre.There is a good tutorial, but with the tremendous depth to the game, it can feel like a steep learning curve. However, when you master one aspect of the game, it will help you succeed where you are weak, you are not expected to be a savant. If you like management games this is probably the best you will ever play.. Game is awesome but configuration (resolution, mouse speed, arrows scrolling, etc.) is like it was in 1990. It's impossible to play.Do not purchase. Refund requested.### Update ###Enlight Software (developer) PMed me via Steam, gave me 3 keys for Capitalism Lab and asked to "update my review of Capitalism 2 to a positive one if you like this game series". I've installed Capitalism Lab. It's the same game (as I can see, like 90% is the same): graphics is the same, logic is the same (as I can see for an hour-two), screen resolution is fixed, $30 price. Lol what?… Still do not purchase.. One of the best simulations where you have freedom to develop your own corporation. There is not much of graphics to speak of, nor do you need it as the majority of time spent looking at charts and figuring out how to organize efficient chains of production. Highly recommended.. Played it a long time ago, sucked at it.Played it today, still suck at it.Pimpin' ain't easy.
